Shipping Coverage & Cost

ABOK provides free shipping on all orders within the continental United States and Canada now. Please note that we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destinations outside of North America.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (business days only).
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • 3 business days for most regions in the U.S. and Canada
    • Up to 7 business days for remote or rural areas

Shipping Carriers

We partner with FedEx and Purolator to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or addresses outside of North America.
  • Orders may be delayed during public holidays or extreme weather events.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we verify the issue, we will re-ship your product promptly and may arrange for damaged goods to be collected, depending on the situation.
