At ABOK, we are committed to providing reliable, long-lasting portable power solutions. Our Warranty Policy ensures that customers receive the support they need in case of any product issues within the warranty period.
Warranty Coverage
ABOK offers a standard 2-year limited warranty on all portable power stations. To reward our customers, we also provide a 3-year extended warranty—for a total of 5 years—to customers who register their product and submit a valid serial number on our official website. Once registered, simply log in, go to your dashboard, and submit your request under Product Registration. Upon receiving your extended warranty request, we will respond to you within 15 business days.
Eligibility
This warranty applies to all products purchased from:

- Authorized third-party online platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Temu, and others
To qualify for warranty service, the customer must provide a valid order number generated from the original purchase. If this proof of purchase cannot be provided, ABOK will not be able to offer warranty services.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
What’s Covered
During the valid warranty period, ABOK will provide:

- Free two-way logistics

- Repair turnaround time of no more than 30 calendar days
Once the customer initiates a warranty claim, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to arrange product pickup. After receiving the returned item, our technicians will conduct a diagnosis and repair any manufacturing defects free of charge. The repaired product will then be shipped back to the customer at no cost.

Out-of-Warranty Service
If the warranty period has expired or if valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, customers may still request repair services. However, a service fee will be charged, including parts, labor, and shipping costs. Please contact us at [email protected] and discuss with us the situation.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
