1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products purchased directly from our official website and authorized third-party platforms. To initiate a return, proof of purchase is required, such as an order confirmation or receipt from the respective platform.

2. 30-Day Return Window

Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery. For quality-related returns (such as manufacturing defects, structural damage, or malfunctions), we will provide free prepaid return shipping. For returns due to other reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, though we are happy to offer a convenient prepaid shipping label at a low cost.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A FedEx prepaid shipping label
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form

Steps:

  1. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
  2. Place the printed RMA form inside the package.
  3. Drop the package at a FedEx service point in your city OR contact us to arrange for pickup.

Alternatively, you may choose to return the item using your own shipping method. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and any associated risks (loss or damage in transit).

4. Inspection & Refund

Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it to determine the cause and responsibility of the return.

  • If the product is covered under warranty and the issue is confirmed, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no cost.
  • If the product is out of warranty or the issue is determined to be caused by misuse, modification, or other user-related factors, a repair fee will be charged to the refund payout.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Within warranty: We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Out of warranty or if an alternative carrier is used: The customer covers the return shipping cost.

6. Product Damage or Loss During Return

If the product is lost or damaged during return shipping while using our provided label, we will take full responsibility and offer a replacement or full refund.

7. Additional Terms

  • Returns must include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for full refund or replacement.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
