Q: How do I use a portable power station?

Q: What’s the difference between a portable power station and a power bank or diesel generator?
Each of these products serves a different purpose, and we don’t claim that our portable power station can replace all of them. But in many real-world scenarios, it offers distinct advantages.
Compared to a power bank, our power stations provide more output options, including AC outlets, DC ports, and multiple USB ports—not just USB charging. This means you can power a wider variety of devices, from phones and tablets to laptops, fans, and even small appliances. They also have much higher capacity, allowing for significantly longer runtime.
Compared to a diesel generator, our product is quieter, cooler, and cleaner. Since it stores and delivers electricity directly—rather than burning fuel to generate power—it doesn’t produce fumes, noise, or heat, and is safe for both indoor and outdoor use.
In short, no one power solution is right for every situation. But in the right context, our portable power stations strike a great balance between convenience, safety, and versatility—without the drawbacks of traditional power sources.
Q: How long can your power station run my devices?
That depends on two main factors: the power consumption of your device (in watts) and the capacity of the power station (in watt-hours, Wh).
For example, our 3600W model has a capacity of 3840Wh. If you use it to power a device like an oven that consumes 1500W, the theoretical runtime would be:
3840 ÷ 1500 = approximately 2.5 hours.
Actual runtime may vary slightly depending on power fluctuations and efficiency, but this gives you a clear way to estimate usage time. Just divide the power station’s capacity (Wh) by your device’s wattage (W) to get a rough idea.

Q: Can I take it on a plane?
Whether a portable power station can be brought on a plane depends on the airline’s specific regulations. We strongly recommend checking with your airline in advance before traveling.
That said, most commercial airlines do not allow lithium batteries over 160Wh in carry-on or checked baggage due to safety regulations. All of our power stations—including the smallest model—have capacities starting at 276Wh, which exceeds the standard limit.
For this reason, we do not recommend bringing our power stations on any flight, whether as carry-on or checked luggage.
Q: Is it waterproof or weather-resistant?
Our current models are not waterproof and are not designed for use in harsh weather conditions. We recommend using the power station in dry, well-ventilated environments to ensure safe and reliable operation.
That said, we’re actively working on a future product line specifically built for more rugged outdoor use, with improved weather resistance and water protection. Stay tuned—we’re excited to share more soon.
Q: Where do you ship from, and which areas do you deliver to?
We ship all orders from our U.S.-based warehouses, located in multiple regions across the continental United States.
At this time, we deliver to all addresses within the continental U.S., but we do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories. We’re working to expand our coverage in the future.
Q: How long does shipping take? Can I buy your products elsewhere?
Once your order is confirmed, we typically ship within 1–2 business days. For most locations within the continental U.S., delivery is expected within 3 business days. For remote or less accessible areas, it may take up to 7 business days, though delays are rare.
In addition to our official website, you can also purchase our products on Alibaba, Amazon and Walmart, where we maintain the same product quality and customer service. Feel free to choose the platform that works best for you.
Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products purchased through official channels come with a 3-year limited warranty. If you register your product on our website and become a member, you’ll receive an extended warranty of up to 5 years at no additional cost.
During the warranty period, we provide:

Q: What should I do if my power station stops working?
If your power station stops working, please contact us as soon as possible. Our technical support team will respond within 24 hours to help you diagnose the issue remotely.
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we may ask you to send the unit to our repair center. Repairs are typically completed within 30 calendar days.
If your product is still under warranty, both shipping and repair services are completely free.
If the warranty has expired, we’ll provide a quote for any applicable service fees before proceeding.
We’re committed to getting your power station back up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Q: What if I change my mind? Can I return it for a refund?
Yes. We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy for all products purchased through official channels. The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the product. If your order is still in transit, the return process will begin once the product is delivered.
If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we only accept return or refund requests due to product defects or quality issues.

We are ABOK, the in-house brand of a professional outdoor power equipment manufacturer. While ABOK was officially founded in 2025, our parent company has over 10 years of experience in designing and producing portable power solutions.
