Shipping Coverage & Cost
ABOK provides free shipping on all orders within the continental United States now (we will be supporting shipments within Canada soon, stay tuned). Please note that we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destinations outside of North America.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (business days only).
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- 3 business days for most regions in the U.S.
- Up to 7 business days for remote or rural areas
Shipping Carriers
We partner with FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package in real time. Please note that the ABOK Ark7200 series will be shipped by dedicated truck drivers.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or addresses outside of North America.
- Orders may be delayed during public holidays or extreme social or weather events.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Once we verify the issue, we will re-ship your product promptly and may arrange for damaged goods to be collected, depending on the situation.
